Talk to Us About Joining the Team
Loan officers, processors, and real estate agents: reach Jim Martinez or Jeff Maas directly about working with National One Mortgage.
This page is for people who want to work with us: loan officers, processors, and real estate agents thinking about getting licensed to originate.
If you are looking for a loan, you want our borrower contact page instead.
Who you will talk to
You will reach the two people who make the decision, not a recruiter.
Jim Martinez, National Sales Director · NMLS #613324 (951) 741-1777 · jim@national1mortgage.com
Jeff Maas, Broker / Owner · NMLS #246684 (951) 640-1570 · jeff@national1mortgage.com
Email either of us, or both. We talk to each other.
What to tell us
A short email is plenty. It helps to include:
- Where you work: the states and markets you originate in, or want to
- Your licensing: your NMLS ID if you have one, or that you are a real estate agent who is not licensed to originate yet
- The role you are after: loan officer, processor, or agent-to-loan-officer
- What is not working where you are now, if you are making a move
If there is a fit, we will say so quickly. If there is not, we will tell you that too.
Real estate agents
If you already help your clients through financing and want to be paid for it legally, read how agents become loan officers with us first. It covers licensing, what we pay for, and how the two roles fit together.
Please do not email borrower files, tax returns, or other documents containing personal financial information. We do not need them to start a conversation.
An inquiry is not an offer of employment or an independent-contractor engagement. Any opportunity, compensation, terms, and licensing requirements are determined separately. National One Mortgage Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
