This Policy applies to website visitors, prospective borrowers, applicants, borrowers, former customers, and people who communicate with us. We may use cookies, tags, pixels, web beacons, analytics tools, chat tools, and similar technologies for security, functionality, analytics, communications, and advertising measurement. Your browser or device may permit you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect website functionality. Where applicable law requires a consent or opt-out mechanism, we will provide it through the website or the relevant collection point.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some website analytics or advertising activities may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where such a law applies, we will provide any required disclosure and opt-out mechanism and will honor qualifying opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as required by law.

4. Financial Privacy

Because we provide or arrange financial products and services, federal and state financial-privacy laws may govern particular information and disclosures. We provide applicable notices and choices under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Regulation P, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Regulation V, and state financial-privacy laws. This Website Privacy Policy is not a substitute for our initial, annual, revised, or transaction-specific financial privacy notices.

5. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to us or to the information involved, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it; opt out of its sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and appeal a decision concerning a request. Applicable exemptions may limit these rights, including exemptions for financial institutions, affiliates, information, or activities regulated by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or other federal law.

To submit a privacy request, email Customer@National1Mortgage.com, call 800-429-4443, or write to us at 6700 Indiana Avenue, Suite 130, Riverside, California 92506. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority, and we may separately verify the request with the consumer. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

California Residents

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and other California laws. The categories of personal information we may collect are described in Section 1; the purposes are described in Section 2; and the categories of recipients are described in Section 3. These categories may include identifiers, customer-record information, protected classification information when provided or required by law, commercial and transaction information, internet or electronic activity, geolocation information, professional or employment information, inferences, and sensitive personal information used to evaluate or administer a mortgage transaction, verify identity, prevent fraud, or satisfy legal obligations.

We retain each category of personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or another permitted purpose, considering mortgage and consumer-finance recordkeeping requirements, legal and contractual obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and the sensitivity of the information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law unless we first provide the required notice and control.

6. Calls Text Messages and Email

If you ask us to contact you, we may communicate about your inquiry or application. Marketing calls, texts, prerecorded messages, artificial-voice messages, or automated communications require the separate consent presented at the relevant collection point when applicable. 8. Security

We maintain an information-security program designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, and disclosure. Safeguards may include administrative, technical, and physical controls, access restrictions, authentication, encryption or other protective measures, monitoring, employee training, vendor oversight, incident response, and secure disposal. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, bank-account information, or sensitive documents through ordinary email; use the secure method we provide.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services.
