National One Mortgage Corp is licensed to originate residential mortgages in Tennessee. We do not maintain a Tennessee office. Our loan officers serve Tennessee borrowers directly, which for a mortgage transaction changes nothing that matters.
Jim Martinez, our National Sales Director, is licensed in Tennessee and handles borrowers here personally.
What's available
Every program we offer is available to Tennessee borrowers:
- Conventional: the 2026 baseline conforming limit of $832,750 covers most of the Tennessee market
- FHA: limits vary by county, so check yours before assuming FHA is out of reach in the Nashville area
- VA: we are a VA lender, and Tennessee has a large veteran and active-duty population
- USDA: worth checking before you assume you need a down payment. Much of Tennessee outside the major metros is USDA-eligible
- Jumbo and Refinance
Worth knowing
Fort Campbell sits on the Tennessee–Kentucky line, and Clarksville is where many of its families buy. If you are stationed there or separating soon, start with VA. Most buyers who qualify for it find it beats every other option on cash to close.
USDA eligibility reaches further than the word "rural" suggests. If you are buying outside Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, or Chattanooga, check the address against the USDA map first. The income limit, generally 115% of area median adjusted for household size, is higher than most people expect.
