National One Mortgage Corp is licensed to originate residential mortgages in Oklahoma. We do not maintain an Oklahoma office — our loan officers serve Oklahoma borrowers directly, which for a mortgage transaction changes nothing that matters.
Jim Martinez, our National Sales Director, is licensed in Oklahoma and handles borrowers here personally.
What's available
Every program we offer is available to Oklahoma borrowers:
- Conventional — the 2026 baseline conforming limit of $832,750 comfortably covers most of the Oklahoma market
- FHA — Oklahoma counties generally sit at or near the FHA floor, which is well above typical local prices
- VA — we are a VA lender, and Oklahoma has a substantial veteran population
- USDA — worth checking here more than almost anywhere. A large share of Oklahoma outside the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metros is USDA-eligible, which means no down payment
- Jumbo and Refinance
Worth knowing
USDA eligibility is broad in Oklahoma. If you are buying outside the two major metros, check the address against the USDA map before assuming you need a down payment. The income limit — generally 115% of area median, adjusted for household size — is higher than most people expect.
Prices sit well inside conforming limits, which keeps essentially every program on the table. Most Oklahoma buyers are choosing between programs on cost rather than being forced into one by loan size.
