The Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending regulates mortgage companies and mortgage loan originators doing business in Texas, and it requires every licensee to publish the notice below.
If you have a complaint about a loan we originated in Texas, you may contact the Department directly. You do not need to go through us first.
